Sarah Marie Jones – ''Blobs of Longing: Hollow Form', Rattle Brooch in Fine Silver
Brooch with two hollow forms caressing. Granules inside to create faint rattle sound made from scrap fine silver melted into granules
Each component in Sarah's 'Blobs of Longing' series, is made by press forming fine sliver into biomorphic shapes, creating hollow forms resembling blobs or pebbles that are satisfyingly smooth to touch and hold. We are all blobs of longing.
