Refund, Returns and Exchanges Policy

Refunds are not offered unless an item is faulty, or becomes unavailable. Products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are returned unused in perfect condition, and with all original packaging intact and resalable. 

All return shipping fees, along with duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. When these conditions are satisfied, an exchange or store credit can be arranged, along with proof of purchase within 14 day of purchase.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location. For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service (or purchasing shipping insurance), as we are unable to guarantee receipt of returned items.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
