Nani Puspasari — 'A River of Wind Above Our Heads' Sculptural Ceramic, 2025
'A River of Wind Above Our Heads' is inspired by Koinobori, the carp streamers flown for Children’s Day in Japan, symbolising strength, growth and hope. Created during a residency at Shigaraki Ceramic Cultural Park, the sculpture connects Japanese tradition with forest stillness, ancient clay and memories of a lost childhood garden carried across places and time.
