Melinda Wallace — 'Piece #9' Sculpture

This dome shaped sculpture consists of two separate pieces, both wheel thrown in mixed stoneware clays. It is decorated using various oxides, slips and glaze.

Melinda Wallis is a ceramic artist living and working in the Dandenong Ranges. Melinda combines various textured stoneware clays to create her wheel thrown pieces. Melinda's work aims to combine the beauty of the surface with complimentary forms,  creating work that will stand the test of time and trend.
