Kira Edwards is a contemporary jeweller, utilising traditional techniques to make organic sculptural pieces. Her work is an ode to the making process, embracing the imperfections and beauty that arise along the way. Exploring texture, sculpture and mixed metals, her work aims to capture a natural ease and playfulness.

Wearability is at the heart of her work. With conscious consumerism in mind, her work is made to be worn often and travel through life with the wearer, with the hope the pieces will be passed down generations.

Kira’s practice focuses on sustainability, using recycled materials where possible and making small quantities. Her work is made with love and consideration from her home studio in Melbourne / Naarm alongside her tiny bossy dog Pepper.
