Beth Sanderson — 'Grating (Rodrick)' Brooch
Grating is a series of wearable objects which reimagine a common household form to find whimsy in the ordinary. Square brooch with texture of cheese-grater. Steel coated in blue, green and yellow vitreous enamel. The form is cut and shaped by hand and the enamel on steel creates a completely unique surface.
