Anna Davern
Anna Davern — Medium Pear Diamond & Rocks Earrings
Inspired by the great diamonds of the world and the stories that accompany them (and believing that everyone should be able to feel like royalty), Anna Davern creates large and lightweight printed aluminium jewellery that will add a touch of drama and playfulness to any occasion.

Anna Davern is a jewellery and object maker based in Naarm/Melbourne. Anna's eclectic work reflects a variety of influences and obsessions, exploring the sentimental nature of jewellery and the miniature object. She has a very diverse exhibition practice as well as making a refined collection of wearable jewellery. She explores graphic shapes and colours in her range of reef earrings and neckpieces and her collection of rings featuring precious metals and gemstones is inspired by the intersection of the organic and the mechanistic.
Davern has held three solo exhibitions at Craft Victoria and has been represented in numerous Australian and international solo and group exhibitions. She studied her undergraduate degree at Sydney College of the Arts and completed post graduate studies at RMIT, Melbourne. Davern has undertaken masterclasses with Manuel Vilhena, Karl Fritsch, Davide Bigazzi and Bettina Speckner. She has passed her knowledge and experience on teaching at several institutes and academies and co-founding Northcity4, an ARI that provided professional and creative opportunities to the Australian contemporary jewellery community.
