Teegan Horat – 'Broken Frame Stick Pin I'
These charred, frame-fragment stick pins are cast in bronze and take some inspiration from Victorian era mourning jewellery, which would often feature framed momentos of loved ones. By removing the momento and breaking up the frame we distill the concept into a small fragment - a reminder of mortality, accessible to anyone.
