Craft Victoria’s June Advice Clinic is hosted by designer-maker and Shopify expert Matt Thomson of Mattt bags.
In this hour-long professional webinar Matt will share practical ways to set up, develop and maintain an online store and will present useful techniques to integrate your website into an enjoyable part of your craft business.
This Advice Clinic will assist those who are familiar with online integration, as well as beginners. Audience members will learn tips and tricks for improving customer journeys, practical touch points (such as signup emails, and confirmation emails etc.), and how these can be personalised by the maker to reflect their craft practice and brand.

This Advice Clinic includes a 15-minute Q&A session so participants can harness Matt's extensive knowledge on developing and maintaining an online store. Attendees are also encouraged to book a spot in the accompanying June Professional Development Sessions.
