A handwoven, textural cushion featuring a deadstock wool sourced from the United Kingdom. Finishing: Sewn in Flinders, with an invisible zip and a linen/cotton fabric woven in Geelong.

Emma Shepherd of Sundance Studio is a weaver based on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Each piece starts from a single thread, becoming cloth over time through the repetitive act of weaving on a handloom. Natural fibres are sourced from all over the world. Her geometric shapes work in conjunction with organic yarns and unconventional fibres to create work that is spontaneous and blurs the boundaries between art and craft.

Shepherd holds a Bachelor of Textile Design, specializing in weaving, partook in a residency of weaving in Iceland and runs interstate workshops.
