Selling Online For Beginners 2017

Craft Victoria

Have a creative product you’d like to sell online but don’t know where to start?  Join an experienced panel of makers brought together by Craft Victoria to talk you through the basics of setting up and running your own webstore.  Understand art and craft friendly platforms such as Shopify, Instagram and Etsy.  Be guided through some extra tricks and ideas including taking good photos, how to manage shipping and how to drive people to your shop.

This intimate session is aimed at people who do not yet have a webstore.  We will offer invaluable anecdotal information and insider tips from professionals and makers who have active experience in an online retail environment.  And also look at creative and simple approaches to new technology and integration of social media.

This is a three+ hour session for beginners with plenty of opportunities for QnA and substantial refreshments to save you from hunger!
