While all online orders are shipped within two days of purchase we have been advised that Australia Post is experiencing domestic and international delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. Following dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We know delays can be frustrating but we’re doing everything we can to deliver as safely and quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. For both Australia Post, this will be at approximately 24 hours on the afternoon the order is dispatched (weekdays only).
If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please call us on 03 9650 7775 Monday to Friday 11am - 5pm AEST or Contact Us and our Customer Service team will assist you with your enquiry.
If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday - Friday).
To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, all deliveries (at your delivery address or at the Post Office) will no longer require a signature. A courier or staff member will ask and record your name, and acknowledge delivery in the system. Someone will need to be at the delivery address for this to occur, otherwise standard delivery procedures apply.
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team on 03 9650 7775 Monday to Friday Saturday 9am - 5pm AEST or via email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.
Orders placed on this website can be delivered anywhere in the world.
If you are based overseas, we are happy to assist you! Simply email our email@example.com and we can even book a time to speak directly with you via zoom or Facetime.
Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
