Asobimasu — Small Kaiketsu Vase in White

The Kaiketsu vase is inspired by the traditional Japanese art of Ikebana. Built from stoneware and finished in a white matte textural glaze.

Asobimasu is a ceramics studio based in Melbourne, Naarm founded by Kate Brouwer centred around crafting vases and tableware with a timeless aesthetic. Kate references her background in floristry to produce bespoke and production ranges perfect to arrange and showcase flowers. Asobimasu was awarded runner up in the Handcrafted category of The Design Files Awards in 2019. Their work is stocked at the NGV store, Jardan and Kosekla. In addition to Asobimasu, Kate runs the popular Three Day Clay market event and operates a ceramics school, store front and studio.
